How to control it?
Risk Level
The lights over heating Burn fingers trying to move the lights or adjust them. Don’t keep the lights on for too long.
Leave them to cool before moving or adjusting it.
High
Heavy equipment Drop it and it could break, or fall on your feet (potential injury). Don't carry too many things at once. High
Bad weather  Slippery ground, if carrying equipment it could be difficult to see where walking and slip and fall. 
The equipment getting wet, causing it to break or electrocute someone. 
Make sure that you can see in front of you when carrying heavy equipment. 
Wear suitable shoes for carrying equipment and walk around a lot. 

Medium/low
Camera falling off tripod Camera could not be securely fixed onto tri-pod, could fall off and break.  Make sure that the camera is firmly fixed onto the tripod.
Don’t move the tripod with the camera on it around vigorously.
